An introduction to espresso dialling and milk steaming!
This intimate, hands-on workshop is designed for coffee enthusiasts, home baristas, and beginners looking to build a strong foundation in espresso preparation and milk texturing.
Led by our professional barista, Mona Chan, a licensed Q Grader, participants will learn the fundamentals of espresso brewing, puck preparation, and milk steaming through guided tastings and hand-on practice. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice using a professional espresso setup. All materials and coffee will be provided during the workshop.

Espresso extraction and dialling in
Puck preparation & techniques
Sensory evaluation and tasting
Milk steaming fundamentals
Hands-on espresso and milk steaming practice
