2026 June Box
June Roastery Select
Some hot coffees to help kick of the start of summer this month. We have a pair of juicy washed coffees, both of which should be fantastic candidates for a vibrant iced pourover to beat the heat! Regular fans of our work will have noticed this is the third washed coffee from Peru that we've released this year. It has been an origin that has offered some lovely coffees with some flavours that seems to have a nod towards Kenyan coffees but with a more approachable acidity. The second is a pink bourbon, a favourite variety for some, from El Paraiso. A lot of people are familiar with the experimental processed coffees from Finca El Paraiso but this one is a traditionally washed coffee, no fancy processes, just old-school methods and good cultivation. We're looking forward to see how you like these!
El Paraiso Pink Bourbon
Another offering from El Paraiso that is a departure from their ‘usual’ style of special fermentations. This coffee is a washed pink bourbon. Done in a more ‘traditional style’ washed process, this is a beautiful coffee to showcase the quality and care put into the cultivation of the coffees produced at El Paraiso.

Fredesvinda Estela Yellow Caturra Washed
From Crop to Cup:
“Fredesvinda Estela farms at 1850 masl and, together with her husband, supports their two children through coffee. Like many young producers, she began with doubts, but through thoughtful plot renovation and infrastructure upgrades, she now produces remarkably consistent washed lots of Caturro Amarillo, Bourbon, Marshell, and Catuay.
El Morito’s structure supports growth through producer-level processing and group consolidation—an ideal match for Fredesvinda’s ambition. She’s currently planning to expand into new varieties, with hopes of competing at the highest levels.”
